Day 13 - May 17, 2012 (continued)

Our work progress is back on track. Conner is taking a look at the persausive essay to make minor edits and changes, as well as finish up the annotated bibliography. Zach is working on the halfway progress report for Part C of our research plan. I will continue with our Prezi. A solid day.

Day 13 - May 17, 2012

We had a CEWASOF meeting today at lunch, which went pretty well. We were still a little short on the attendance, but we seem to have a core base who comes to our meetings. Pictures were taken too.

Day 12 - May 16, 2012

Today we finished up our persuasive essay. We also started planning out our Prezi. Today was a productive day - Conner even added more to our annotated bibliography, and we all caught up on our blog posts. A great day overall for the CEWASOF team.

Day 11 - May 15, 2012

Conner and I were taking the AP Government tests all day today, so Zach was left alone. He wasn't feeling very productive because we were gone, so he decided to learn a little more French on Rosetta Stone. I am sure that we will be much more productive tomorrow.

Day 10 - May 14, 2012

I wasn't at school today, and apparently Zach was not either, so Conner was left to fend for himself. With the Michigan Youth Arts Festival and AP tests, it's been hard to come together as a group. Tomorrow are the AP Government tests, so Conner and I will be leaving Zach alone. Hopefully we can come together as a group starting Wednesday.

Day 9 - May 11, 2012

Today, Zach and I and some trouble focusing. Conner was gone for the Michigan Youth Arts Festival, so me and Zach headed to the back room to work on our material. However, a newly installed Rosetta Stone program distracted us...

Day 8 - May 10, 2012

Today was the day of the AP Literature and Composition Test. It was difficult to say the least. Zach was able to add a paragraph to our persuasive essay and polish it up a little, so our progress is still steady.

Day 7 - May 9, 2012

The progress on our persuasive essay continued today. I added a paragraph about the advantages of a dynamic Prezi vs. a PowerPoint. Conner has continued with research and our annotated bibliography.

Day 6 - May 8, 2012

We got a 14/15 for our research plan. Happy with that, we started on our persuasive essay and hammered out the details. It will be about our presentation tool, Prezi.

Day 5 - May 7, 2012

Our first lunch meeting for the trimester was held today. I wasn't able to make it, but I heard it went well, and a variety of topics were discussed. We want to increase our attendance for next time though.

Day 4 - May 4, 2012

Our research plan was graded today at a 7.5, so we decided to edit it to get a better grade. After revising Part C and D, we were pretty satisfied. Hopefully it is up to standards now.

Day 3 - May 3, 2012

We are still in the process of working on editing our research plan. Also, we shared it today with Mr. Schoenborn. The journey continues.

Day 2 - May 2, 2012

We are continuing to edit Trevor and Zach's previous research plan. All of our focus this week will be directed towards redesigning that plan to fit our new vision and plan for Current Events with a Side of Fries. Progress is steady.

Day 1 - May 1, 2012

Today we created a checklist of the various activities and documents we are required to do. Also, we identified our anchor text. This allows us now to begin editing the various documents already completed by Trevor and Zach last trimester to tailor it to our own needs.
